Just out in the open here, I love american idol. Even though I have been a bad fan this year and didn’t watch many of the episodes (it’s funny how the busiest days of my week are tuesday and wednesday). So of course I missed last night’s. Which happened to be Andrew Lloyd Webber night. Well, today I looked up the performances on youtube. The first person I looked up was Jason Castro, because I just totally love him! He has a great voice, and is just so cute! Although I’m a huge Castro fan, I kind of thought he was just ok. The person who really stole the show had to be David Cook. didn’t really like him all that much, he was alright, but last nights performance was fantastic. For one, that is on of my favorite songs from Phantom of the Opera(I listened to it last night actually). And in my opinion, he sang it better than the guy in the movie. So here you go, enjoy David Cook singing Music of the Night. -Zoe

Holy Smokes, Batman!
Yeah, today was interesting to say the least..hehe. Well, lucky for you I have a story. So sit back, relax, and listen about the tale of the day that my car caught on fire.
Everyone knows our van, a maroon toyota previa, appropriatly nicknamed the space van. We’ve had it forever, that is until today. Anyways, so today we went to the eye doctor(I went last week, this was for Miles, Gage, and Zack). I woke up a little late, leaving us 5 minutes to get there.*smile*. So, mom was a little stressed out about being late, and then our dog got out, and we had to chase her down. Needless to say, mom was on the verge of a emotional breakdown. Fun. So we get there, and yeah. My mom and Miles and Gage got out and went inside, leaving me and Zack in the car. At first, we noticed the car was smoking. Just a little bit, so we thought it was normal. I was getting ready to put on my make up when we noticed it started smoking a lot. We just thought it was ok still( can you say stupid?) So then, me and Zack are talking, and I look down to see smoke coming from under my seat. Plus, I noticed my butt was a little hot. Then, common sense finally kicked in, and we got out. But by the time we got out, the smoke was HORRIBLE and you could see little orange flames underneath the car. Yeah, so then the whole staff of the eye doctors clinic was outside. Mom was freaking out, one lady called the fire department, and, well, it was just crazy. There really wasn’t much wrong, and I realized I left my stuff in the car, but I thought it would be alright. It wasn’t. About 5 seconds later, the whole car broke out in flames. I don’t want to seem pathetic, but I was balling my freaking eyes out. Mom was just hysterical, it was great. And one brave receptionist got a fire extinguisher, but it just wouldn’t do anything. And I’m thinking, “Where is the stupid fire department?”. Yeah, when the finally get there, our car is STILL in flames, smoking even worse, plus you have a bunch of hysterical people. Again, FUN. They finally get the flames out, and it’s still kind of smoky, and it smells disgusting. After all of that, I look at our pathetic melted bottomless car, and could hardly believe I was in it 2 minutes ago. We saved what we could from the wreckage of our use to be van. But it’s still crazy. Like unreal, it was so distorted. The plastic parts of the car was on the ground, the metal was twisted together, and the engine was o the ground along with verious wires. Then I look where I was, and see the ground. I’m happy that nobody got hurt. But it’s just crazy! This stuff happens on the news, not to you, ya know? Oh and here’s the best part, when me and Zack were sitting in the car, when it was smoking, I totally said, “Zack, watch this car like catch on fire.” and it did. Yeah, so again, craziness. We have a rental now, and it’s cool. I’m still kind of shooken up though. I seriously could have gotten hurt. Like badly. But it’s all gravy. Any who, tahnks for listening. By the way, now I think it’s hilarious. I don’t know why, I just do.

Hey everybody! Today was ok. You know, kind of busy, stressed out mom, and school. I’m kind of tired but I think it’s because of the stress in the house, and with family. Anyways, like I said on my last blog, I told you about saving money for the trip to Camp Barnabas. If you were wondering, the trip to Camp Barnabas this summer is one of my churchs’ many mission trips. We’ll be going to help out the campers have a great summer. You see, Camp Barnabas is a camp where kids who are disabled go to have a fun stress free summer. I can’t wait to go, but there is only one problem. I’m trying to raise money, and it’s not easy. My main supporter(as I’ve said) has backed out on me, which doesn’t make it any better. So I’m going to ask if you can do one little thing… My mom and I are asking everyone who reads our blogs to send me a dollar!*or more if you’re feeling generous :p* If you can Thank You SO much! And if not, can you please keep me in prayer? The money is due on the 28 of this month, so yeah. Thank you all!!
If you want to send me something, please send it to Healing Place church and put a note inside saying it’s for my (Zoe Graeser’s) Camp Barnabas Mission Trip. Here’s the address:
Healing Place Church

Baton Rouge, La. 70809
Thanks again.

I cant think of a funny thing to say right now, so this is pretty much it
Hello again! It’s so weird because I try all the time to write, but when I get to the computer, I just like go stupid or something. But be excited, because today I have something! Well, sort of. Real quick, I hit my finger while hammering today, and if you know me, clumsy things like this are no surprise. For serious. And now it hurts when I type. haha. Not really. Today was a busy day, but it was really a lot more relaxed then my days have been. I’ve been to the eye doctor, church, my mom had a meeting(that I had to go to), golf tournaments, and last night I helped serve at the men’s conference. I helped serve the MANderves. Clever name, no? Yeah, so as you can see, i’ve been busy. But I did get to go driving*finally*! My mom decided I’ve waited long enough, and that I’d be good at it. That didn’t stop her from yelling the whole time! *Get you foot off the gas! Hit the brakes! Don’t go so fast!* I really wasn’t that bad though. I stayed in the lines, turned real smooth, didn’t hit anything.. you know how I do. But today, has been good. I wrote a letter today, that I’m mailing and emailing. If your wondering what for, I’m trying to raise money to go to Camp Barnabas this summer! I’m so excited about going! It’s just a matter of getting the money. I was going to get a significant amount from my aunt, but due to surcumstances, I don’t have that anymore. For serious. That, plus Life at home has been pretty hectic. And since I’m home schooled, well you can figure it out. Times right now are hard. And it’s not fun. But I guess it’s part of life, so I have to deal with it. I’m just waiting until this season is over. I’m missing some good friends right now. Some good friends who are in Illinois! *We have to come visit!* Anyways, I’m kind of tired, and I have church tomorrow. So, I’ll write tomorrow(hopefully)!
